I am a Principal Creative skilled at mentoring, managing and leading cross organizational and cross industry teams while focusing on driving vision and strategies to define and create highly crafted experiences and translate them into captivating outcomes and products.
With my over 20 years of professional experience working hands-on and in leading teams at agencies, marketing, advertising, and product engineering companies. I understand firsthand, the key importance of motivating, inspiring and collaborating with creative/engineering teams, shareholders, partners and clients to truly achieve remarkable and successful outcomes.
DESIGN JOURNEY
Design has been a passion point for me throughout my life. As a young child I had a deep love for art and music and a profound curiosity for the people around me and how they interacted with the world. As an adult, my curiosity and love for design only increased with continued movement of the digital age and transformation. As a senior leader my passion to create and inspire those around has only intensified as I believe in importance of creating experiences that shape the world for everyone.

one-size-fits-one and making sure that the designs and system elements are accessible, automated, unambiguous and error tolerant for everyone regardless of temporary or permanent disabilities.

In designing universally, it is designing for the
one-size-fits-all by taking into account the extreme diverse range of situations and abilities that a design needs to consider in order to be intuitive, flexible, adaptive and barrier free for all users.
HUMAN CENTERED
In creating a human centered system, it is crucial to take into consideration the needs and requirements of people and ensure that the system is both usable and useful for users by applying human factor considerations and usability techniques.
