Be it, a reminder to get up from your desk every 30 mins, take more time to do that hobby your been holding off on, stop a habit of hitting fast food restaurants so often, or take the time to play more xbox games with the family.


With our cloud-based Windows environment and seamless integration across our wide array of devices. We can help every step of the way with alerts, gentle pokes or reminders, inspirations, encouragement, trac­king, stats and more.


For some, they may only need occasional reminders and help to hit their goals.

For others they may need more motherly reminders to go to bed or the TV will automatically turn off via your xbox.
